Pros and cons of Recipes Book - Recipe Manager app for iPhone and iPad

Recipes Book - Recipe Manager app good for

I love it, I love how it looks on an iPad, I love that I can export and import to the cloud to go to my other devices. I havent tried the PDF yet but Im sure its great. I also think its reasonably priced and the amount of recipes you can enter for free to test it out is perfect.
I love the ease of copying and pasting ingredients, importing pictures, pulling info from Google docs. The entire integration is quite nice. This app is totally iced. It will even read the recipe to you. You dont have to calculate if you need to double, triple or reduce the quantity of the recipe the app will do it for you. If your into cooking and want to keep track of your recipes this is the app for you. It even taps into your music to play while your cooking. ICED!
I call my parents and in-laws just about every holiday season with the same questions because Im a procrastinator and dont ever just write down the recipes they give me. Well no more! This app is awesome! Easy to use and looks classy. You can input your own pictures of your creations or just use pictures from the recipes if you get them online. Ive used this a lot since downloading it. And I love that it gives the feel of an old family recipe book but without the clutter!
My wife bought this app after tried a lot of other options… She decided for Recipes Books because it´s very user friendly, well design and have a lot of functions (like for backup, export, share, etc). You can add photos and set timer for cooking! Very nice!.. And a very special mention about support: amazing fast!
Great app, easy to use. Would like a data base to get new ones from.
You can make your own organizing system, take pictures, and basically customize this app however you want to make your cookbook work for you. The only downside is you can only enter 4 or 5 recipes before you have to pay for unlimited. Its definitely worth it though if youre looking for the best app to make your own cookbook.

Some bad moments

Its a nice app but only able to add 3 recipes then it costs 2.99
I purchased a new phone, and downloaded my apps from the cloud. Very app had all my info, data, etc. this app came back empty, I tried to email app creators several times, but not reply. Dont use this app unless you have your recipes written down.
It opens. Thats about it. I cant click anything on the menu to view receipes. It looks like you need to buy the whole version. You can add your own recipes though. Lah-Dee-Freakin-Dah people. May as well go live in THE VAN DOWN BY THE WATER!!
It would have been handy to have been told up front that you can only input four recipes and then you need to pay for more. Not really a FREE app.
Overall this is a great app. I was frustrated that I could not list the ingredients in the order I wanted, which is important to me. I also wish that ingredients could be listed as fractional measurements, such as 1/2 cup, instead of 0.5 cup. Others than that, I havent seen an app like this out there and I was waiting for it.
Very good app, would be idea if we could share recipies with friends... Send via email or pin them!
